Alright story behind this: Sam's been pregnant for two months now but just now they're finding out. Why, you ask? Well, ghost babies are harder to be spotted. 
In this they've been trying for a whole year now with no pregnancy. So they start to get worried, they go to get tested and yeah, they will have a hard time concieving, 'cause you know, Danny's just that weird. three months after that Sam starts to get really weird symptoms, dizzynes and morning sickness. But pregnancy test is negative, so she tries again, POSITIVE, then just out of curiosity takes another one, Negative again, so she gets a blood test. POSITIVE again, so that's what Danny's holding in this pic. Possitive pregnancy blood test. Yay.
